It is highly advisable to consult and speak to your doctor and discuss about your concerns and ideas. You can take gla 120 once a day for 3 months and have a strict diet and 30 min of brisk walking everyday.

Due to much higher dose it may happen. You can reduce insulin dose by adding our ayurvedic medicine and regularly monitoring sugar. Do hba1c for every 3 months. You may consult me.

Looks like you might have maturity onset diabetes of the young (MODY) which is a characterised by non-insulin dependent diabetes diagnosed at a young age (<25 years) with lack of autoantibodies. Ants on urine is a indicator of high sugar in urine. You should show all of your reports to an Endocrinologist for further management.

Chemotherapy drugs such as paclitaxel or docetaxel may cause myalgia , arthralgia for few days after each cycle. Depending on the severity use of analgesics for few days will be helpful.

The problem may lie in any of the three
i) the dose and type of insulin is not properly tuned or working and it is not cared by your consultant.
Ii) your diet is not properly planned and some how not matching your need or
