First of al stop quadriderm if you are stil using it. For jock itch (tinea cruris) itraconazole 200 is usually prescribed for 2 to 4 wks (other oral antifungal medications are also available for the same like terbinafine / griseofulvin. Many patients sometimes do not respond with itraconazole. Den you need to opt for other oral antifungal medications available (as mentioned above.
