Dear lybrate-user,
nice to know that you have improved. Antidepressants need to be given for few months after improvement also. Now you are at the lowest dose of nexito and mirtazapine. Please review with your doctor before you stop them fully.

Dear Lybrate user
the symptoms you are experiencing are suggestive of anxiety spectrum. However, self medication with clonazepam doesn't seem to be a wise option. With proper history and examination, a psychiatrist will be better able to help you considering a similar family history in your mother.
Hope this helps!

It may last for 1 - 2 weeks. I will recommend that you reduce or alter any medication only under supervision of your psychiatrist. And consult your psychiatrist if you experience any symptoms after altering the medicine.

Yes definitely if will not be effective as you are just suppressing your neural activity with meds in the sense paralyzing the effect with meds for few hours - as you term it as sleep. You need a proper treatment to restore your sleep pattern provided your body age permits the same.
