Hi,
stop the medicines that you are taking and the ointment also.
Hi,
skin infection in inner thighs is a fungal infection which increases due to sweat accumulation at that area. So always keep the area dry. Don't apply any creams as this will increase the problem. Use any talcum powder or prickly heat powder or neosporin powder daily.
Don't eat spicy and fried food.

Scabies is caused by mite sarcoptis scabies. For exterminating it completely out of your house it is imperative for all family members to take treatment together. Also, all the sofa covers, bedsheets, etc need to be washed and ironed properly. All the mattresses to be exposed in sunlight. If you consulted a qualified dermatologist and are sure that it is scabies, there is no harm in repeating treatment. It will definitely help.

Hi, pls use a mild facewash or dove soap. Use a moisturizer like cetaphil immediately after bath on face. Stop diprovate g if used for 3 weeks as longer use can give side effects. Apply an antibiotic cream like nadoxin on the pimples. Pls attach pictures for further assessment if needed. Avoid rubbing or scrubs on face. Since your face is dry with pimples, very specific creams would be needed which can be specified only after assessment. Take care.

It could be leucoderma or even other conditions. Will have to see you in a personal consultation. Try diprovate cream daily.
