My age 35, male. I have anal fissure problem since two months. I have used pilex tab & pilex forte ointment, but not cured anal fissure. My anal muscles (sphincter) very tight & outside anal muscles swelling there. Swelling not decreasing. Pain while going to washroom. How can I relax anal muscles (sphincter) (means loose anal muscles) present I am in africa. I have ointment cream gel (diltiazem hydrochloride 2 % w/w) escot cream (nifedipine & lidocaine cream) diltigesic organogel (diltiazem 2 % organogel) in this above ointment cream, which one relax anal (sphincter) muscles & reduce swelling how can I use this cream, can I put cream only outside anal muscles or even inside anal area can I put within how many days, can I cure swelling & relax anal muscles please answer fast thanks & regards waiting for your reply.

Hello... nefedipine + lidocaine combo is good..
use it thrice a day. Apply it all around with your finger and also push a bit inside with your finger. Do warm sits baths for 10 minutes before applying it.
Also avoid constipation..

I am suffering from a rash on my bumps between them, I am using cloterite-bn clotrimazole, beclometasone & neomycin sulphate cream since 2 days I have relief from pain but it is not still cured and another layer like bubble on it is formed can you please suggest me what to do? Hello Lybrate user, most of the time a white patch on your skin could be just dryness related, sun damage or a fungal infection. Make sure to moisturise well, sun protection with a cap or helmet and if a fungal infection was suspected I would go in for a plain clotrimazole cream rather than the combination. My son fifteen year old has brown spots appeared internal over left wrist and left under arm. There is no itching etc. The said spots got checked from local doctor who said it skin infection n given six tablets (the name we don't know as we thrown d empty strip n Dr. didn't give us prescription slip) one cream "MONOCLAR CLARITHROMYCIN Gel 1%w/w for application twice a day n one soap. We didn't notice any relief n again visited d same Dr. stated to b skin specialist he again gave capable twice a day named" SentiVin-L" one cream for morning named Glosig skin whitening cream n for night "Mometasone Cream IP Mova for ten days. Pl advice what is d disease n some one suggested us that Dr. gives steroid for most of patients n I also thought y didn't Dr. give prescription slip n just give one registration card which neither show type of disease nor medicine prescription. Some one also suggested to apply mustard oil for few days. Pl advice what it is n how it can b cured. I ll feel thankful if couple of opinions pour in. The problem is spot only though not very dark n no pain no irritation.

So I have anal fissure they vanish and come back whenever there is constipation wanted to know which cream should I use for now I bought (clotrimazole and beclometasone dipropionate cream) by torque fungnil b. Please do not use the steroid ointment. It will make your problem worse. You need lifestyle modification by taking lots of fluid and change your diet to prevent constipation. Also check your thyroid level which maybe cause for constipation. Try to take laxatives if you feel stool is hard, and try lignocaine and diltiazem ointment. Consult for further queries. Thank you.

Sir I got dettol burn on my face in the month of may after 20 days I visited to a dermatologist she prescribed me some medicines and a fusidic acid and betamethasone cream (twice a day) for 15 days and asked me to come after 15 days ,i again visited her she prescribed me glutathione tablet andmometasone furoate and fusidic acid (twice a day) cream for one month which healed the scar a bit bt I noticed that when I was going anywhere in sun the redness increasing so I thought to tell doctor about this when again third tym I visited that dermatologist I told her these things bt I do not know she listen carefully or not she just written medicine and said it will tale time to heal ,this tym she prescribed nicotinamide tablets IP and a mometasone furoate cream I.P. 0.1% w/w (once a day) for a month which healed the scar a bit bt I was noticing that sometimes there was redness some times its all clear then everyone asked me to discontinue visiting to dermatologist because the scar was visible bt not that much ,everyone suggested me not to visit dermatologist again, its now 1 month m not using cream aur medicine after discontinuing the medicines and cream after completing one month ,after few days or a week it started becoming red so I used the cream once or twice till now ,one day it was itching very badly I applied the last cream that day in night and it got healed bt redness is again on my face ,when I am stretching that area nothing is visible that means there is just redness on my skin, from 3 days I have started icing and using vit e there I do not know its working or not but today I noticed that there is not that much redness nut I do not know may be like before it will again become red, sir I just want to know how to get rid of this redness ,i am just fed up sir ,plz suggest me something I really need it badly because its my wedding next year ,plz suggest me what to do?ððððð
