The syrups being given are to reduce the behaviour problems and won't directly improve the speech. Consult a child psychiatrist for proper doing of the same. Only intensive ot and speech therapy would improve the outcome in the parameters you mentioned, medications will help him being receptive to the same. Good luck.

you should have questioned your drs who you have visited. They are treating the symptoms and not the root cause. The cause is usually elsewhere. It is mostly in the gut.

Management of migraine requires a lot of lifestyle modifications as well. I hope you have incorporated them in your daily life. Eat on time, sleep on time and avoid stress. Trust your doctor, and visit him if symptoms persist or get aggravated.

I assume that he has been seen by a Psychiatrist considering the medication he is on. If he did not have anger issues before starting medication then please meet the consultant immediately. However if he had anger issues even before starting these medicines, give some time for the medicines to start their action (usually a week or two).

It seems with the above set of medications your depression is not under control, kindly discuss other options and medications with your psychiatrist. Some newer ones have come. If not possible get a second opinion and follow for 3 months and see of it is any better. Good luck.

Judging by the medicines you mentioned, you might had bipolar disorder. After 2 months of stopping medication, no 'withdrawal' would be there. But, there is risk of recurrence of bipolar disorder, that is - depression, mania, or hypomania.
