P24 are present in high levels of newly infected individual during the short period between infection and seroconversion, making it useful in diagnosing primary HIV infection. Antibodies to p24 are produced during seroconversion, rendering p24 undetectable after seroconversion in most cases.

The p24 antigen test can detect the p24 protein on average 10 to 14 days after infection with hiv. One drawback of this test is that levels of the p24 protein peak at around three to four weeks after exposure to hiv and are usually not detectable after five to six weeks (and sometimes even earlier).

If antigen test is negative, there is no need to repeat rtpcr if you have no symptoms. If you have any symptoms, do rt pcr. No one can predict how the result will be. There are rt pcr negative case as well.
In this case, since you have no symptoms, no need to repeat rt pcr.
Stay safe.
