Hello and welcome to Lybrate. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. If the test results after 6 months are non-reactive, there is nothing to worry for the time being.
I suggest telephonic counseling and online psychotherapy for you.
You can contact me for further advice and treatment options. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Please do not do any expensive tests, like RNA or DNA. At 90 days you can do ELISA test, better would be forth generation. No need of antigen test. Also do HBsAg and VDRL tests. If still confused please take private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly.

let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

HIV negative doesn't mean you are negative for all other STDs.
P24 is one but important antigen. However in HIV-2 infection there is no p24 Antigen. So better to test again at 3 months on Spot or ELISA for HIV 1 and 2.
