I gave my 2 years old daughter lomotil half tablet? Is it something very serious? Wat is the immediate action I should take? Will it harm my daughter? please answer soon.

It is avoided in children below 2 years but half a tablet would usually not lead to any major problem. You have to keep her hydrated by giving lots of liquids and keep a watch for symptoms like difficulty in breathing, drowsiness which will warrant immediate treatment.

yes it is due to the medicine you've taken. every time you shouldn't take medicine to stop the motion. it is depended upon frequency and texture of stool material. now take more water and green vegi. and if loose motion starts again, just take simple tab. Sporlac-DS 1tab thrice a day with meal.

I am 19 years old, and have terrible pain in my stomach frequently accompanied by loose motion. The stool is watery with pale colour. It does not occur at all times but after an interval of a day or so. Also have loss of appetite. The symptoms increases after having a meal especially after breakfast. feeling of fullest alsooccurs sometimes.
