Yes you can use. And for fissure in ano you can apply anobliss cream after taking hot sitz bath. Along with this you can take stool softener.

Hello lybrate-user, daflon tab is ok, but anovate is not going to help you much .better to take ointment like escot or fidonal or anorelief. Apply it with your finger inside the anus, before going for toilet and also adopt hot sitz bath twice daily.

Hello.
Daflon is useful in acute haemorrhoidal crisis like bleeding, pain and swelling. It's very useful for symptomatic relief but not the permanent treatment. Dosage is 500 mh twice a day for two weeks followed by once a day for two more weeks. Take lots of fluids and fruits, avoid red meat. Do sits baths thrice a day with warm saline water. In most of there cases of piles one should try non surgical treatment and if it fails only then surgery is required. Most important aspect of treatment is avoiding constipation. Apart from medicine diet has very important role. Take high fibre diet and plenty of fluid and avoid very spicy or oily food. Eat plenty of fruits, salads and green vegetable.
