Bleeding is occuring due to piles which are nothing but dilated veins in the anal canal. Avoid prolonged sitting during defecation and if constipation is present, take fiber rich diet, plenty of water, avoid eating outside.

You can take it twice a day for two weeks followed by once a weak for two more weeks. No fun continuing after that as it's used in acute hemorrhoidal crisis.
After that you can use intermittently when you need.
For itching use some local cream for relief like osil cream or debesoft cream. Regards.

You might be suffering from anal fissure in addition to piles which can cause pain. Daflon will help in itching and shrinking piles but not in pain. For pain you can take some painkillers like tab d...more

Hello lybrate-user, if your diagnosis of anal fissure is confirmed and correct, then apply an ointment which contains nifdepin or diltiazem like escot or fidonal., with your finger, before and after passing stool. I thick your ointment (sucral ano) is not helpful for fissure. Also,to sit in warm steer (sitz bath) and taking plenty of water is helpful.

You may have a fissure in ano along with haemorrhoids. You may need surgery for your condition after examination by surgeon. Till then you can take stool softener. Drink plenty of water, have fruits and green leafy vegetables in your diet.
