Hello since its almost 1 year after DVT AND presently with no complaints you can revert back to your normal routine. Even your present medication is of basic variety which is a good sign that you r doing well with minimum medication.
U can do any sort of regular exercise, which suits u.
The only precaution you have to take is do not have a long distance travel and avoid prolonged periods of immobilisation ie sitting for long time.

If you have bleeding than use daflon, it help if there is no bleeding than simple change your diatery habbits and add some laxative with sitz bath its help you.

Here are basic helping clues, if does not help, get surgery Drink plenty of liquids. Prefer soft, light diet with more of green leafy veg, whole grains, cereals,pulses, legumes,organic fresh fruits. Hello.
Hemorrhoids don't bleed continuously. They bleed like that, ie once you poop after that few drops. I would suggest.
1. Take lots of fluids and fruits.
2. Avoid red meet.
3. Do sits baths thrice a day.
4. Apply osil cream thrice a day
5. Continue daflon 1gm twice a day for two weeks.
6. Take some stool softener like softovac granules bed time with water.
If still you don't improve. Consult a proctologist or a surgeon in your area.
