You can apply xylocaine nf ointment three times a day and take sitz bath for 10-15 min three times a day. Inadequate dosage of ointment is the main reason for persistence of fissure.

Hello if your piles are greater than gr 3 then surgical treatment is the only option with best results.

Start Tablet Venusmin 600 mg thrice a day for one week and then 300 mg thrice a day for 3 weeks
Consume lot of water every day
increase the amount of fibre in your diet
Sit in Luke warm water for at least 30 minutes each time at least 3 times a day
Take syrup lactulose 30 ml at night
Apply Anovate cream locally

Could be skin tags which can easily be excised. However could also be hemorrhoids protruding out. Please get examined by a general/GI Surgeon for confirmation of diagnosis and further treatment.
Usually does not go away on its own. For early piles one can 7wait and may resolve with sclerotherapy but advances case require surgery.
Early hemorrhoids can be treated by banding / sclerotherapy. For advanced cases staplers hemorrhoidectomy is recommended. Not aware of any non- Surgical treatme...more
