Hello sir biopsy report is endometriosis and chocolate cyst. 6 months ago I had laparoscopic surgery for 9 cm cyst on my right side. Then I taken dinofirst 2 mg for 6 months 2 per day. I taken 2 scan 1 scan report is 2 cm residual cyst on my right side ovary (12/12/2018). Second scan report is no cyst on my right side and left ovary not showed and minimal fluid within endometrium cavity and endometrium thickness is 3 mm (3/04/2019). Now my problem is continuously spotting for 15 days with no abdominal pain. Then bleeding with weight clots with heavy abdominal pain. I taken first trapic 500 mg 2 tablet for 1 day then stop my period and the next day came back. I repeat the trapic 500 mg 2 days 4 tablet. But period is started with clots and pain. My doctor told me start femilon tablet for 21 days with dinofirst 2 mg. But I saw in dinofirst's booklet don't take this tablet with combination pill. So I taken femilon tablet with out dinofirst 2 mg and I stopped dinofirst today. Dinofirst's booklet precautions if any spotting continuously or heavy bleeding stop this tablet otherwise it will give anemia. My experience with dinofirst lite abdominal pain frequently, stopping frequently, dizziness, mood out, muscle cramps. Now I taking femilon tablet only. If I take with dinofirst?

Only examining gynecologist can decide whether this is right treatment or other.
If gynecologist has advised keep trust, continue and if complaints return he/she will suggest other management.
