Yes. Dienogest helps in controlling the cyst. However it is important to understand if you have symptoms or not from the cyst, pain during periods, trying for pregnancy,etc to guide you best with the treatment

Hello dear. Yes spotting is very common with dienogest. It will continue for 3 to 4 month if you continue dienogest. Stop taking tranexa. It mainly used for execcesive bleeding.
