My 39 year old sister has ovarian endometrial cysts since 2015. She was recommended to take endoreg to take every year for 6 months since 2015. We just stopped this medicine in may 2019. Doctor suggested deviry 10 mg twice for 6 cycles. I also consulted ayurvedic doctor for this problem, he has also given her some hormonal medicines but they do not disclose the composition. Pls advise if it is safe for my sister to take allopathy and ayurvedic which has hormones together for the treatment. Pls advise if there will be any side effects or this can be effective.

You can take either one. Allopathy medicines are given after meticulous trials and approvals. Make sure the ayurvedic tablets are done with studies which shows sideeffects.

Yes i'm have endometriosis. I am 24 years old girl and unmarried. I'm attend age at 11 age from this year i'm suffering from heavy bleeding. All blood report are normal and scan report are normal at age of 11,12,13,15. I consulted many gynecologist and hematology doctor. Doctor prescribed me many birth control pills and trapic, xamic tablet. So I decided to femilon tablet continuously with break. Because i'm studied 10th in 2011 year. Last 8 years i'm stopped all hormone tablet and xamic trapic. Last 8 years bleeding is heavy and clots but stopped within 5 days. At that time I did not goes hospital, scan ,any blood test. Last september month I have heavy bleeding and clots from 12 day. So I goes to gynecologist and done ultrasound scan. The results is 9 cm ovary cyst on right side. So decided to laparoscopic surgery done on 29 sep last month. Doctor prescribed me dinofirst 2 mg for 6 months 2 per day. 2 cm residual cyst was cured at that time. Last scan was normal 22 may 2019. Dinofirst is not suitable for me because bleeding at anytime spotting some time heavy bleeding and clots abdominal pain also. So doctor prescribed me femilon tablet continuously without break for 63 days. Last 1 wook ago doctor prescribed me femilon tablet or freedase for 42 days continuously without break. My 3rd day period is heavy and abdominal pain, anus pain also. I'm taking femilon now for 42 days continuously. I'm asking when cure my issues. Last night abdominal pain with gas and bowel movement. Last sunday 3 times motion on my 3rd day of period. Please answer me peace full life.

It is endometriosis which is creating problems. The prescribed medicines are fine. Since you have been suffering for a long time, you can also try other modality of treatment like homeopathy. It may work well in your case.

I'm 24 years old girl and unmarried. I have done laparoscopy surgery for ovary cyst on right side 2 months before. Now I'm taking dinofirst 2 mg tablet daily 1. Now my right side naval pain for 24 hours when I'm get up from bed at any time and some abdominal moves. Pain in right side naval below 2 rupees coin size. I'm taken MRI scan 2 months before scan report is normal and diagnosed right ovary chocolate cysts. Other are normal. But one thing my uterus and intestine are sticky with blood. My doctor told me retrograde menstrual. What is the reason of my pain. I'm searching in Google it shows many results. Appendix, food allergies etc. I'm panic this is appendix.

Hi Doctor, I have endometriosis in both ovary of 7 cm and 3 cm respectively with negligible fibroid too. I am on dienogest for 3 months and continued with novelon another for 3 month's. Last 2 days I have a vertigo due to which my gynaec suggest to stop medicine and have menstruation followed with TVS. My questions 1. Please advice if I have the vertigo because of side effects of medicine since taking it 6 months? 2. When do I will have my menstruation resume? Which medicine to use when I have heavy bleeding and pain.

Me 2 month se tab dienogest endometriosis k lye le rhi hu last month to period aye they in between after period mere se medicine nai li gai one week se lower abdomen pain hai but no periods. So she prescribed novelon of 2 pack, aft starting the 2nd pack, I have severe nausea and burping a lot. I didn't have any side effects while on the 1st pack. Now my leg starts to pain and sometimes abdominal cramps too. Today my bp level was also elevated to 130/80. nausea is more at night time that to before having the tablet. Couldn't eat food much as before. Kindly help me.

You can try to take the medicine just after dinner or snacks. If the side effects persist, switch to femilon or yasmin.

if the cyst size is5.3×5.2 cm and there was no reduction in cyst size after taking dienogest for 4 months then you should go for laparoscopic cystectomy

Hi, iâm 36 years female with 1 kid. I was recently diagnosed with hemorrhagic right ovarian cyst of 2.9x2.6 cm. I had moderate to severe pelvic pain before it got diagnosed. The gums has put me on dienogest 2 mg daily (20 days have passed by) and for pain management voveran on sos. From last 2-3 days the pain is coming continuously so today she gave me lupride injection and told me the pain will be gone now. But after 7-8 hrs my pelvic pain is back again. And from last 2 days iâm feeling full even when iâm not eating much. Abdomen feels full & bloated and the pelvic pain comes and goes even after todayâs injection.

what is your last menstrual periods. Get your scan done on day 2 of period if it still persist then you need antibiotic course.

I am 29 years having 2 years baby with normal delivery. having endometrial cyst of 3.8 on left ovary. I am having endosis 2 mg medicine content only dienogest from past 2 and half months to cure endometriosis cyst. From past two months my periods were on time and there were no side effects of medicine. I have never missed my periods. But this month first time I have missed my period it has been a week. Today I check pregnancy test but its negative as well. My 3 month course of medication ends on August 17 .My question is my having again pain on same left side. why? I use medicine regularly. Secondly is there any chance of pregnancy ?My period were always regular on time on 20th to 22th of every month but this time missed. please guide.

Endometriosis can be suppressed with the drug but not completely cured. There are chances of recurrence of cyst, when you stop the treatment. You can conceive but you need some blood investigations and ultrasound following which we can plan a treatment for you.
