Respected Doctor. I am 30 year-old male and, I had Internal & External bleeding hemorrhoid with severe Anemia since 15 year back. I went to Hospital in 2012 but not heal permanently. It's bleeding again year by year. This time I have no insurance to go for Hospital again. So I need your special advice to treat Natural home remedies.

Try using Seitz bath twice daily. You may also use a diltiazem anal ointment if there is pain. However if there is excess bleed then it is unlikely to heal and surgery is inevitable.

Hello lybrate-user, the combination you mentioned is ideal for piles (or haemorrhoids). It will more effective if you select an ointment containing nifedipine or diltiazem. Thanks and regards.

I am 83 years old army veteran, about 83 years old sikh. Suffering from scalp dandruff (white scales falling while combing, redness of scalp skin, frequent itching, at times resulting in scalp skin injury/slight bleeding for short time) for the last 30 years 9 months treatment at bakson homeopathic clinic (cost rs. 14,000/-) did not help. Army hospital alopathic treatment withpropysalic (clobetasol propionate) lotion, desonide (dosetil) lotion, urea &lactic acid cream, ketoconazole lotion, scalp shampoo, candid tv shampoo, coal tar shampoo (from usa ), heads & shoulders shampoo (used for 4-5 yrs), pnatene shampoo (used for 4-5 yrs) has not helped. Now trying ketoconazole and zinc pyrithione lotion (kz plus lotion), mometasone furoate & terbinafine hydrochloride topical solution. Dandruff has resulted in thinning of hair. Preset suffering from osteoporosis arthritis and taking me ficinies like ca, coq 10, glucosamine chondroitin, bifos e5 (alendronate sodium) etc. I had undergone cabg surgery about 22 years ago and taking presently monotrate 10 mg bd, aspirin 75 mg of bp medicine diltiazem hydrochloride 90 mg tab od. Request advice to get rid of this problem.

try ciclopirox shampoo sir as ketoconazole becomes resistant after some time. u can use steroid lotions but need to taper it slowly

I was diagnosed anal fissure, both anterior and posterior position. Is it normal anal fissure? Where generally anal fissure occurs in posterior midline position. I have no chronic disease, my colonoscopy report normal.

Usually fissure in ano occurs posteriorly but if it occurs anteriorly then other causes like TB, crohn's disease etc has to be thought about. Or rarely maybe a fissure which has come anteriorly without any of these issues. So evaluation for TB also has to be performed .or take usual treatment for fissure like dilzem ointment three to four times per day.

Today I had large and a bit hard stools and so while passing them I felt a tear like pain in my anus. So after that I applied smuth ointment antihaemorroidal cream. While applying I found some blood on the applicator. Mild burning sensation is present. Shud I continue using smut or is there any other options having antibiotic composition in the cream.

It seems to be anal fissure (tear in anal mucosa. Do sitz bath by sitting in a tub with luke warm water for 5 min and apply diltiazem cream twice a day. And take any laxative syrup in night. Ull b fine in few days.

So I have anal fissure they vanish and come back whenever there is constipation wanted to know which cream should I use for now I bought (clotrimazole and beclometasone dipropionate cream) by torque fungnil b. Wanted to know if this was good or safe .also wanted to know what should I do. There is some swelling around anal area I try sits bath and ice and some exercise. Still the poop feels to tight due to swelling maybe? So what should I do or use? Ty.

Please do not use the steroid ointment. It will make your problem worse. You need lifestyle modification by taking lots of fluid and change your diet to prevent constipation. Also check your thyroid level which maybe cause for constipation. Try to take laxatives if you feel stool is hard, and try lignocaine and diltiazem ointment. Consult for further queries. Thank you.

45 days ago my mom was suffering from high blood pressure and long period knee pain issue, she is also suffering from thyroid and blood sugar issue. Within 45 days she got a wound in her armpit. When we consult doctor they told us all issues from that wound, they referred to another wound specialist. 1 day before operation her sugar down to 25 to 30. Then a sugar recovered in icu and again told to remove wound first, so we visit referred hospital where a big operation is done within her breast and armpit. Now 30 days happen of operation and we are maintaining sugar level from being down few days ago blood pressure was going normal. But now a pain and a paralysis feel in her west started. We have gone through MRI and get some Neuro doctor's doc take whole spinal, limbs mri and ncv test something like ECG and told us on mri her waist clearly showing twisted but that is from 6-7 years ago, they also told some white substances in her spinal which may be bacterial or tuberculosis infections, my mom is taking aayurved medicine for recovering paralysis effects also taking Neuro medicine Etocox 120 - 1 time Icon-od - 1 time Rb _DSR -1 time Tryptomer 8 mg Also one injection of depomedrol 80 mg one day nitro 2.6 - 2 times ranolz 500 - 1 time dilzem 30 - 2 time ondem 4 - 2 time 1 hr before meal eltroxin 100 mg - 1 time before taking food in morning Mom thinks she is getting better slowly by ayurveda but reality is that she is taking ayurveda from 20 days but condition not improve she walks 2 month before common but now after operation complete she can walk 3 trip a room by Walker, also she feels spasm all time and pain continue until she take ultracet. - 1 time myodril 8 mg - 1 time Suggested by an ortho doctors My problem is don't know how much time she will take many types of medicine and when this pain end for us. Please help sir.

Have you tried diltiazem containing ointments and warm sitz bath. If no den start applying this ointment and do sitz bath. Use more roughage in you r diet and plenty of water. If this measure doesn't makes any change and symptom persist even after 15 days. Get a small surgical procedure (closed lateral sphincterotomy) done that ll b a permanent relieve.

Pls use ointment diltiazem local application twice or thrice a day for minimum three weeks. Also plenty of water to soften stools and cremaffin plus syrup 10 ml at night every day.

You might have an anal fissure. If you have bleeding in stool while defecating it is an anal fissure. If you have Frank bleeding without pain after defecation it is hemorrhoid. So make your stool soft by having lot of fruit and fibre in your diet. Drink lot of water. You can avoid constipation by following Gud fibre diet. If you have anal fissure use diltiazem ointment that relaxes the muscle.
