Well it's highly unlikely that dizziness is due to dilzem cream as you have left it 6 months back. Its a short acting drug and effects vanish soon. You rule out some other cause for your dizziness. Get a cervical spine x ray done, an ear checkup, an ECG and CBC.
Get a physician checkup done to see the cause and treat the cause.

Cleansing the anal area gently with mild soap and warm water. Drinking plenty of fluids, eating fibrous foods, and exercising regularly to avoid constipation.

Hello dear. You are doing the right treatment.
In addition avoid red meat and spices.
Take lots of fluids and veggies. Do sits baths with warm water thrice a day.
Take softolax granules with water bed time.
If the fissure doesn't heal by 3 weeks, then consult a good surgeon or proctologist, n you may need surgery then.
Regards.
