Asked for female, 47 years old from Kolkata

I am a 44 year old lady having high BP, Allergy,COPD, allergic bronchial asthma.in CRP test it was found that protein is coming out from urine. I take these medicines -Telvas CT 80, Allegra,folvite, gemcal D3, Dytor 10, Rosuvas 10, Montair LC, Dilzem CD 180. Now please suggest me an alternative for Dilzem CD 180 and Rosuvas 10. I cannot afford such costly medicines. Please note I am allergic to sulphur and steroids.

I don’t know if its hemorrhoids, but there’s a sore lump a inch or so away from my anus that’s painful. Had pain for about 3 days. Hydrocortisone and haemorrhoidal creams help slightly for a bit, but hasn’t gone away. Hurts to sit, or move. Have pictures.

Seems like you have a fissure-in-ano which requires corrective treatment. Please use diltiazem cream and apply it over the anus at least 15-20 min before you pass motions. If the pain is persistent and doesn't subside, you need to see an ano-rectal surgeon who will be able to sort you out.

Have a prostrate problem for the last 10+ years Was scheduled to undergo an operation but at that time 10+ years ago, a major road accident pushed this into the far background Am 70+ now, and DO NOT WANT to undergo a operation right now. Also I had a 3 vessel bypass operation in 1990 and the graft (s) are reasonably stable. I do not want to add to the shock to my body. I am currently taking URIMAX-D. I finf that off late, I am getting up too frequently at night. Anyway to reduce this? My drug schedule for the cardiac is as follows Imdur-30 Angizem CD-90 Ecosprin AV-75 AND NOW UURIMAX-D Is there anything different from URIMAX-D in order for me to stop getting up so frequently at night.

Although there is no specific treatment for the same but I will advise you certain steps u should follow. May be these can help, drinking water before, during and after meals. Eating small bites of food. Chewing thoroughly before swallowing. Avoid talking while eating. Eat slowly. Walk, stand and sit upright for at least 30 minutes after eating. I am 74 years. from past 18 years. On Betaloc 25 bd, avast 10, clodrel75. For bp I take dilzem 30, planep25 and almighty 10 all of. Stomach bloated always. On esomeprazol. Reflux forte. In 2009 endoscopy done and gastritis detected. Last year it was found ok I get giddiness with gas. Every two hours need to take food to avoid giddiness. What is my problems? Please advise.

U seem to have defeciency of folicacid in your blood and so take tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and vitamin d3 60000iu once a week for six months and can reduce symptomatic treatment tablet after a month.

and uroflowmetry
it may be due to sugar which is not controlled or urinary tract problem
