Regulate your daily activities, lower stress, increase sleep and do some yoga and exercise daily. Clindamycin gel in morning and Nadoxin gel in night application will help. Medsoap for face wash.

It will be difficult to tell you what is the exact cause of this problem without evaluating and investigating her in person. Her increased urination could be due to some urinary infection, My suggestion is consult a internal medicine specialist locally so that they can advise tests after evaluating her and direct you further. SHE MAY NEED THE FOLLOWING INVESTIGATIONS cbc-diff, urine r/m, urine culture, ultrasound whole abdomen, ecg, echo, hba1c.
