Follow this 1. Do saline gargles daily.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.

Yes you can give her 3.5 ml twice a day but please can you provide a history of her illness, since when this is and what all medications did you give her in the recent past meanwhile please avoid all cold and sour food items.

Pimples or Acne are common in this age group. These are due to hormone changes, infection and unhealthy diet take food with a high vitamin a, vitamin e and c contents. Drink lots of water. Regulate your daily activities, lower stress, increase sleep and do some yoga and exercise daily. Clindamycin gel in morning and Nadoxin gel in night application will help. Medsoap for face wash.

It will be difficult to tell you what is the exact cause of this problem without evaluating and investigating her in person. Her increased urination could be due to some urinary infection, My suggestion is consult a internal medicine specialist locally so that they can advise tests after evaluating her and direct you further. SHE MAY NEED THE FOLLOWING INVESTIGATIONS cbc-diff, urine r/m, urine culture, ultrasound whole abdomen, ecg, echo, hba1c.
