Avoid forward bending, avoid lifting of heavy weights. Don't sit in one posture for long periods of time. Backstrentheing exercises after pain subsides. Avoid using soft mattresses. She can use some muscle relaxant for few days.

I have lower back strains and sprains from 6 months, but report is normal, x-ray is normal but still I have pain and I have many painkiller like pregalin 75 mg and methylcobalamin 500 mcg and voveran, ibuprofen 400 and diclofenac, domperidone but I did not get enough relief from all of these medicines, please suggest any medicine to get permanent relief from this.
