Tablet cilacar contains cilnidipine which is a calcium channel blocker, helps reduce bp. Dilnip trio contains three medications which are combined together - cilnidipine, telmisartan and chlorthalidone. If your bp is 130/80 with dilnip trio then it means your body has adjusted to the medications.
