If Salpingectomy was done (Removal of portion of affected tube) then only 1 tube is working, if only Salpingostomy was made (an opening to just remove the ectopic pregnancy) that tube may be working. Remember once a patient gets ectopic pregnancy, that patient has more chances of having ectopic pregnancy again. Egg is produced by Ovaries and not tube. Fertilization takes place in the tube.

You should take some stool softening medicine like Haritaki Churna/ Sushruta Churna in night with warm water so that bowel movement is comfortable. Passing hard stools may cause anal fissure that is small cut in anal skin, which leads to burning or itching and blood in stools. To avoid constipation drink plenty of water 3-4liters / day, take high fiber diet and do physical activity. To treat constipation, you have to take laxatives till fissure heals.
