Hello sir please go through my article
What is an anal fissure? — An anal fissure is a tear in the lining of the anus, the opening where your bowel movements come out (figure 1). Anal fissures cause pain, especially during a bowel movement.
There is a muscle that wraps around the anus and holds it shut. It is called the "anal sphincter. The sphincter gets tense when the anus is injured. In people with anal fissures, the sphincter goes into spasms, which can lead to further injury.

Well it's highly unlikely that dizziness is due to dilzem cream as you have left it 6 months back. Its a short acting drug and effects vanish soon. You rule out some other cause for your dizziness. Get a cervical spine x ray done, an ear checkup, an ECG and CBC.
Get a physician checkup done to see the cause and treat the cause.

Dear lybrate user,
external applications will merely subside the infection giving you temporary relief from pain & swelling. But if you want to cure it permanently then homoeopathy is the best option. Take homoeopathic silicea 6x tablets for one month. Take 4 tablets, thrice daily, in lukewarm water. If your problem persists after one month of medication then you should consult.

Hi, lybrate-user. Don't worry. your problem looks minor one. From your history it looks like fissure in ano with sentinel tag. You need a clinical examination to confirm it
Then to proceed with it.

A 10 minutes hot sitz bath daily may help you. Also avoid eating junk/spicy/heavy meals/non veg. You may opt some Ayurveda medicines for it.
