Hi.
Yes dilzem is safe for females and does not affect her child bearing capacity. However once pregnancy is established it should be changed to some other drug as it is a category c drug for pregnancy.
For what arrhythmia are you taking dilzem?

Hello. If you have difficulty in understanding speech then go for hearing aid. Yes 18 and 24 channels do make a difference. Since you have tinnitus it ll cause some discomfort while using hearing aid.
I suggest you to first have a hearing aid trial at a hearing centre and then see if it is okay for you or not.
Revert back.
