It is difficult to give advice in such cases from a long distance and we need to examine you properly and analyse the previous papers to give any opinion, but looking at the history as you have narrated, it seems that you may be having an incompetent cervix. It is a condition where the cervix is weak and is unable to hold the weight of the growing baby as the pregnancy advances. This may need application of a cervical stitch in the third month in next pregnancy but final opinion can be given onl...more

This medicine (proton pump inhibitor (ppi).) will not cure problem. It only works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach. The day you do not take medicine normal acid production will be there n you will have symptoms.
Do this

Whether your ACE inhibitor was started for hypertension or microalbuminuria? If your systolicis 142 with lisinopril then it is ok. You can continue.

Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin receptor blockers eg lisinopril or telmisartan are group of drugs which are taken to decrease kidney damage in high blood pressure. But this should be taken only in guidance of a physician.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
It is good to see that both BP and blood glucose are fairly well controlled. Increase in microalbuminuria and creatinine suggests that kidney are getting affected mostly due to diabetes.
One of the group of drugs recommended for hypertension with diabetes is ACE-Inhibitors like Lisinopril, Enalepri or ARBs like Losartan, Telmisartan or Olmesartan etc. Thanks.
