I am using tiova inhaler (tiotropium bromide inhaler 9 mcg) but due to lighten and covid 19 situation. There is shortage of this medicine. So can this medicine is replaced with the budecort inhaler (budesonide inhalation ip 200 mcg/dose)? If yes. Than how many puffs? I am using tiova inhaler 2 puffs/day.

Tiova is for copd and budesonide for asthma. Better continue with tiova.

Without examining your throat it is not possible to treat take steam inhalation 3 times for 5 days no cold diet avoid dust.

I have asthma. During winter, I used to take seroflo 250 inhaler but in summer, don't require anything to use. During this covid - 19, do I need to take montair 10 or inhaler in order to protect my lungs? Which things I have to do to make my lungs stronger. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

There is no need to take montair and just to make your lung stronger, you can do spirometry exercises.

She is getting relax with inhaler. initial she take 100 mg after that 150 then now last five year she take 250 mg rotacap. Is it safe for her or anything else required. please advise us.

Your mother is taking the inhalational therapy whcih is the gold standard therapy. She needs to continue it. If she get worsening attacks, she can keep a nebulize at home and do nebulization in addition to inhalation regular.
