Get her blood checked for CBC creatine Fbs UrineR and follow up with reports and Get your vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and follow up with findings and than we can tell you about the medication as per her symptoms and if necessary we should give a diuretic for few days to relieve her symptoms.

If mri is showing hippocampal sclerosis then it will b very difficult to control your seizures with medicines. You should consult an epilepsy expert who can workup for epilepsy.

Dear User, you could do that or there are dicorate er 250 mg tablets also available. Using that would be a better option. You can start off with using 1 and a half tablets initially then if you seem to still have a seizure, then i would suggest you to get the 250mg tabs. And yes, dicorate causes hairfall. Tremors are a significant side effect of the medications and I believe that you will do well with taking the higher dose since you have not had a recurrent of epilepsy. However if the tremors persist, you may need to have a revised list of medications without this side effect and there are many in the market that can cater to your needs.
