Dear sekhar,
what are your current dosages of psychotropics and the clear indication of each? What are your current active symptoms, though it is understandable that you have bipolar disorder but what type, I don’t know yet.
As being a pharmacist yourself, I am expecting you to have this information about yourself.
You can mail me at email to discuss these issues in detail, as it will be tricky to titrate multiple medications.
Take care.

You are taking too many drugs without much improvement.
go to a psychiatrist who can give you more time , understand your current symptoms, use only 2 drugs in adequate dosages.
visit with a family member who know you well, with all past records.
I am sure you will be helped.

Keep continue with your medicines.
By example I put it like - neurology is a hardware and psychiatry is software.
Both specialities deals with brain but different disorders.

If you don’t want to take medication for life time then please wake up yourself, medicines are not a perfect solution for mental health or anger issues. You have to work on your own, your will power, your mind and thoughts. But due to certain reasons if you have anger issues y...more
