Don't give such medicine it has diclofenac really stressful on liver. Azithromycine require monitoring that's not very safe. To add antibiotics I will suggest you to give proper history about d condition. For d time being you can give 1) tab dolo 325 mg sos 2) plenty of fluids 3) rest. If you hav any other cheif complaint that you should tell that. Take care and hav a nice day.

I understand difficulty you are facing in this tuff time. You should avoid taking hot or cold food intake. Also avoid chewing from that side as pain may worsen. It will be helpful for her if she brush in that region after having any meals. Taking prolong medicines is not good idea. Medicines prescribed by doctor after checkup can be effective for her as it is given after assessment of the causitive factors and present situation. You can contact for online consultation I will be happy to help.

Rheumatoid factor (ra factor) is not a diagnostic investigation of rheumatoid arthritis rather it has some prognostic importance. It might be increased in a normal person who doesn't have any signs & symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. It's very essential to know your symptoms before commenting to your medicines prescribed. It's better to consult a rheumatologist.

while I cannot provide medical diagnoses or advice, I can offer some information and suggest some steps you can take regarding your bedwetting episode and pain management:
potential causes of bedwetting after 25 years:
medication side effects: chlorzoxazone and diclofenac, both present in your pain medication, can have rare side effects of urinary frequency and incontinence. The combination with paracetamol might slightly increase the risk of these side effects.
