Hi back pain consist of two components - pain from the spine which can cause severe spasm which can aggravate the pain
muscudol has a muscle relaxant with paracetamol
muscudol is only advise if there is muscle spasm .it can make you tired during the day.
If your pain is not improved with diclofenac and there is spasm on the back muscodol can be taken .it is best used for short term severe pain.

Very strange to know that you developed fibromyalgia at the young age of 15. Myself is a homoeopath and I think that homoeopathic treatment can help you in a more effective way rather than to go on taking such painkillers which can cause some adverse reactions in our body if used for long.
