I have gone through the details given and notice that you do have multiple issues. In addition your BMI is 29 kgs/Sq Meter, which is very close to grade 1 obesity. This itself is a major contributor for improper control of diabetes and high BP. Plus it is possible that due uncontrolled hypothyroidism there is excess weight gain. Your ideal weight should be around 59 kgs, as against that you are now 79 kgs (20 kgs excess).

ORAL hypoglycemics may have side effect of facial and limb swelling. Better to check her Glucose level and RENAL FUNCTION TEST. May need to change the medications ( gliclazide) if required.

Your glucose levels mentioned (fasting & pp) both confirm that you have diabetes. Please check hba1c%, that will help in knowing how well is the control after starting treatment.

Switch over to tab dianorm-m 1 before bbf 1 before dinner within 10 days sugar level will start coming down.

Start tab dianorm-m 1 before breakfast and 1 before dinner. After 5 days get sugar done-then dose to b adjusted accordingly.
Also take tab atorva 10mg at night.
Tab becozinc-c 1 at noon-as tonic.
