For BP Telemarketing LN40 and seloken Xl50. The BP is almost under control but sugar level fluctuate 145 Pp 185. For this I need your consultation in the right dose of medicine.

Tenormin and losakind aren't bad but role of tenormin in controlling High BP is dubious. Metosartan is superior product. It contains Metoprolol and Telmasartan. Janumet is better drug as your age. It won't cause hypoglycemia and it is weight neutral medicine. Si current regimen is quite better.

Even after taking diamicron xr fr last 1 month my blood sugar report is (done on 13.07.2018) is as follows fasting-105 ppbs-255 since my ppbs is vry high. I am nw concerned about my nxt course of action. My serum creatinine is 1.1 mg /dl & serum urea is 19 mg/dl, Hb1ac is 8.3%

There are more than one reason for swelling in feet... it can be simple side effects of the existing medication to renal failure...
Without proper check up and knowing the exact cause.. suggesting a medicine is not possible... and it can be harmful to you...

Hi, I am 54 years and diabetic. I started Insulin Lantus since 5th June 2018-15 unit at 9 pm everyday. I increased it to 18 units everyday from 5th Sept 2018. I have high blood pressure symptoms also I also take Galvus Met 50/1000- twice daily Diamicron XR 60- twice daily Telma AM- once in the morning My current readings are: FBS-165 mg/dl PPBS-285 mg/dl BP- 130/80 Please suggest me.

Your diabetes is still uncontrolled and needs to increase insulin/medicine dose in supervision of your doctor.

Your sugar levels are under control now. You can get a hba1c level done. It shows the average blood sugar level of last 3 months. Your dose can be reduced on the basis of hba1c level. Also if you are experiencing any hypoglycemic symptoms, you may need to decrease the dose.

when did you consult your psychiatrist and physician last? You need to consult frequently to adjust the dose. What is your serum lithium and valproate level recently. How much stablon and rivotril you are taking?
In addition, I need to know your hba1c and renal functions also.
All your symptoms indicate that you have not come up from your depressive phase yet. There may be many reasons for it. Get back with these check ups.
