SInce you are already having diabetes, therefore, if conceived, then blood glucose has to be maintained between 90 to 120 mg through out the day (fasting and after food). IT IS OF NO USE TO CHANGE THE MEDICIN IF RESPONDING TO DRUG YOU ARE USING.
TAKE OTHE PREVENTIVE MEASURES FOR DIABETES LIKE.
1. AVOID OILY SPICY AND PROCESSED FOOD.
2. AVOID DAIRY PRODUCTS EXCEPT CHACH AND CURD .
3. AVOID SWEET, EXCESSIVE SALT AND MAIDA.
4. TAKE HIGH FIBROUS MEAL.
TAKE PLENTY OF SALAD INSTEDOF CARBOHYDRATE.
5. MORNING WALK FOR 35 MINUTES.
6. YOGA AND EXCERCISE FOR 35 MINUTES.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Your blood glucose levels & hba1c% seem to be fairly good. At your age ideally hba1c5 should be < 7%. Which can be achieved by a bit of an adjustment of your diet and exercise. Ideally fbg should be closer to 100 mg pp should be 160 t0 170 mg. The same can be achieved by adjusting insulin dose. Thanks.

I get a feeling that I have answered this query yesterday. Both fasting and PP glucose levels are high. There is a need to upgrade the overall treatment.
Following are my observations : 1) Weight is too high with a BMI of 34.04 kgs she is close to grade 2 obesity. This is a major hindrance for better glucose control.

As hba1c is on higher side, it's important to be particular about food choices & timings. Properly follow the do's and don't of a diabetic diet.
Avoid sweets & sweetened beverages from diet.
Avoid high starchy foods and sweetened fruits & vegetables from diet such as rice, bananas, chickoo, grapes, mango, litchi, potatoes. Include more fiber such as dalia, & whole pulses in diet as they have low glycemic index and helps to control blood glucose levels.
