Your fasting and pp levels look very good. But hba1c% is definitely high. It should be < 7%. Since glucose levels are very good, there is no need to change the drug treatment. There is no mention of your weight, height, diet pattern and extent of daily exercise, so difficult to comment further. Thanks.

Your blood sugar needs to be controlled well as you have complications already.

For this either you increase the dose of Insulin gradually by 2 units each time or else you can try adding a Gliptin. Also Do let me know your Serum Creatinine.
