Additionally, you could take him for therapy to a licensed therapist who has substantial experience with adolescents in your city. It may be helpful for him to address his thoughts and feelings in a safe space and learn to challenge dysfunctional thoughts that trigger his symptoms and work on healthier behaviour...more

Dear sekhar,
what are your current dosages of psychotropics and the clear indication of each? What are your current active symptoms, though it is understandable that you have bipolar disorder but what type, I don’t know yet.
As being a pharmacist yourself, I am expecting you to have this information about yourself.
You can mail me at email to discuss these issues in detail, as it will be tricky to titrate multiple medications.
Take care.

You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly.
