Dexona & alcohol are harmful combinations and should not be given. Assuming that dexona was prescribed to him for a medical condition, he would need it. But, he should not take the medicine with/after/before alcohol. He would probably need alcohol de-addiction as early as possible. Please consult a psychiatrist. Also, please consult with the doctor who prescribed dexona regarding the alcohol-consumption issue.

First of all we should know why you took Dexona which is corticosteroid and will not be used lightly and Practin which is used as an appetiser or antiallergic. If you can give the detailed history then only I will be able to asses your condition and advise appropriate treatment. So come back in Private consult when only I can advise medicines and in open questions we should not advise medicines

You should not take dexona as it is a steroid and is used for only diseases. You can take Aristozyme syrup for appetite.
