Dexona is a steroid. It has serious side effects such as kedney damage. Pimples etc. Ciplactin is anti histaminic. It increases appetite.

Why are you taking these medicines. Dexona is a steroid. Regular uses of it leads to Stomach upset, headache, dizziness, trouble sleeping. Increased appetite or weight gain also takes place. If you are using this for weight gain this is not good. Similarly Practin is also used for increasing weight & appetite. But regular use leads to Drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, constipation, or dry mouth/nose/throat. So don't use the drug regularly.

Dexona should not be used for weight gain and instead follow Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
