To my knowledge you can use above. Medications along with saaz (sulfasalazine). But decdan is a steroid used in inflammatory and ciplactin is antihistamine used in allergic conditions. I won't prefer to take decdan tablet for many days. U need to check for anti ccp, ra factor, sr. Uric acid for further evaluation.

If you take 0.5 mg dexamethasone taking 2 times in a day for only 1 day it cannot affect your body or have any side effects.
