It could be due to acidity. Avoid long fasting. Avoid spicy and fried food. Reduce tea and coffee. Also deworm yourself with deworming medicines.

I am suffering from big black intestinal worms in stool. I was also suffering first from mild piles n constipation .So first when I saw dead worm I took krumina tablets of sharangdhar for 2 days then I popped dead worm. Then afterwards I went to ayurvedic Dr. He gave me medicines vidangarishta of sandu and some tablets. Now 20 days r over n now I am feeling better. But I have a doubt that when I started talking Dr. Medicines I did not popped a worm so can we say that medicines have worked? But still I sometimes feel that worms r biting from inside. I also take Neem leaves will it help to kill worms? Earlier I used to go for toilet frequently but now I go only 3 times a day ,so is this sign of improvement?

She may be allergic to particular food that you can find out by observing daily while feeding. Deworm her, worms may cause these problems.

You should not use milk for feeding. You should use ceralac (samolac) or starter feed. Check for deworming.
