Hello Ashish.
Homoeopathic medicine is selected after knowing full details of the patient.
And for that proper consultation is required.
Even if someone suggest any medicine randomly, you may not get the results.
Then don't blame homoeopathy.

Decide for yourself.

Dear lybrate-user,
did you have dry mouth, headache, racing thoughts, jittery and agitation before taking desvenlafaxine or sertraline? Yes, you did have - they are all anxiety symptoms. Instead of googling side effects of the tablets, please google mixed anxiety depressive disorder, adrenaline reaction, stress management, recurrent major depressive disorder, etc. Please consult your doctor so that sertraline dose can be increased to an effective dose.

Do sports (at home, if you feel more confortable) but 3x 30min/week.
Eat more greens, oilseeds, fresh fruits and food rich in magnesium such as: raw spinach, fish, beans, lentils, avocados, brown rice, bananas, figs and chocolate.
If you have a pet, cuddle with it more often and take care of it. It will make you shift your focus from anxiety to something else.
Try to catch the sun everyday for 10mins.
Check your levels of vit D and B12 (adjust with supplements if needed).

Lybrate user.
You are working on effects of anxiety but how about working on main cause of it.
As you already know that it has started from an incident in past so why it has created such impact need to work on that. With medication if you do counselling and psychotherapy you will b able to see the change fast. Metaphor therapy works very good to overcome past issues.

5 years before duloxetine 30 mg and propranolol 20 mg BD dose started for my panic attack by psychiatrist. I have reduced it to 20 mg duloxetine and 20 mg propranolol OD dose. But I am not able to quit. I have tried many times to leave these medicines but each and every time I faced withdrawal symptoms like brain zig zags, noise in ear, vertigo, not able to walk properly, sensations in brain etc. I again consulted psychiatrist again 6 months ago and he replaced my duloxetine 20 mg with Desvenlafaxine 50 mg at night and 40 mg propranolol with flunarizine 5 mg. This dose is going on. Nowadays I again started experiencing brain sensations. Then I visited another psychiatrist. He changed my dose of Desvenlafaxine 50 mg to 100 mg in night and propranolol 40 mg BD. Kindly help me. I will be very very thankful to you doc tor. I take hypertension and diabetes medicine daily.

Dear Doctor, I was suffering from sever headache due to different factors like migraine, sinus etc. After consulting with different doctor I was advised to visit Psychiatrist. And he told that I was suffering from anxiety, stress, and depression. And he suggested to go with his medication for 2-3 years to get cured. He advised to use balanced 750, desvenlafaxine, clocalm. I used them more than 3 years. Then he suggested me to use only Valance OD750, desvenlafaxine, Ritala 354. I am under his medication more than 5 years. Now I don't have any specific issues but when I stop taking medicine next day I suffer from little giddy Ness, or can hear some sounds when turn head or move my eyes. If I take medicine I feel very drowsy during the day and while driving. But when I report this to my doctor he simply says you have decease, hence you have to use medicine. I want to stop the medication as I already had them more than 6 years. So can any of kindly suggest me to come out from this situation. Moreover I am not staying in India now and it is impacting to my career. So please suggest me the best remedy for my problem. Thanks
