Hydrocortisone cream and calamine lotion are both effective home treatments for an irritated and inflamed armpit rash. However, hydrocortisone creams (steroid creams) will worsen fungal rashes. Using anti-chafing powders can also help reduce the discomfort caused by an armpit rash.

You should be fine. Continue breast feeding, drink lot of fluids and enjoy the baby. Continue with supplements but do not over do it. All babies get some amount of atopic dermatitis. A light application of desowen lotion just a couple of times on the affected area willl do the trick.

Let me know how it works out or if you need any more specific help.

Maximum rashes in children are self limiting and no needs of treatment .only thing you can do that stop the using excessive oil massage and soap. Consult to pediatrician if not improving.

U probably have seborrhoiec dermatitis. Antifungals and steroid combinations would work for you but seborrhoea is a long term skin tendency, so its not going to be a permanent cure. Treatment options are based on severity of the condition so do visit a dermatologist.
Use an antifungal dusting powder all over your body in all seasons to absorb sweat. Your best bet is to walk on a treadmill in an air conditioned room.
