Hi, pls stop all under eye cream for a week. Use moisturizer like venusia or dermadew aloe 2 times a day. You can restart sebamed eye cream once the skin around the eyes is not dry or irritated. Use sunscreen/sunglasses to protect the skin around the eyes from sun related skin damage.

Your skin does appear sensitive. It usually takes 2-3 months for the pigmentation to disappear. Continue using desonide lotion and also use a sunscreen with SPF of above 25 regularly. Go for dermabrasion only after the pigmentation has subsided. Take care as sensitive skin can lead to unwanted reactions after procedures.
