having a sensitive skin ,you should be extremely careful in handling chemical agents. For time being, you can use desowen and moisturiser .take antihistamine like cetirizine at night .if your problem is recurring, check your allergy tests and hormonal assay as these can be associated with allergy.

Use a face wash containing salicylic acid twice a day. Drink plenty of water. You must need a proper treatment ŕegime comprising of oral and topical antibiotics. Consult a board certified dermatologist or post your pics for a detailed orescriotioan. Desoven cream a contains steroid and is not advisable to be used for long else will result in serious and irreversible side effects.

Post eczema pigmentation is common condition and it can also happen due to prolonged use of eczema creams. This pigmentation can be cleared completely by using particluar de pigmenting creams and as it is over eye lid I would suggest you send the pictures along with details of creams you have used for eczema.
