Kindly stay away from all these creams. Most common fungal infection is tinea also called as ring worm. This needs treatment with oral and topical antifungals. Period of treatment varies from patient to patient depending on the type of response. It may be weeks or months. Expecting cure in few days and running from one doctor to another will cause you more harm than good. Be patient and stick to one doctor. Make sure you are consulting a qualified dermatologist.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight.
Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out
wear full sleeves shirt.Use umbrella when going in sun.

1.you have ringworm caused by tinea fungus take oral terbinafine for 2 weeks and local application of luluconazole cream. 2.everyone in household must get treatment 3.avoid sharing clothes and personal belongings 4.maintain hygeine ,use loose fitting boxers, bathe twice daily and apply creams after thoroughly cleaning and drying the area.
