Seems you are having fungal infection, bcz of which you are having itching, advise you take a treatment in form of antibiotics orally and antifungal vaginal tabs, and may be a mild pain killer, if still symptoms persists you may get back to us for further advice on this.

Take panchnimbadi churna 1-1 tsf with water twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a say. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part. Take these medicines in supervision of a good ayurvedic doctor .but you have to strictly follow diet plan. And regularly take medicines for 6 months. Clobetasol cream is a steroid based cream and it will only temporary decrease the symptoms but there will be recurrence and with miconazole it will take time but with no recurrence and
- At bedtime wash the lesion with soap and water and apply micogel ointment for a month and take cp candiforce 200 mg at night for two weeks

Its a multi purpose tube with steroid based and which can give temporary relief but not permanent relief and I will suggest you to apply micogel ointment at night for three weeks
