सर मेरे अलर्जिकल अस्थमा हैं सुबह के समय श्वास लेने में तकलीफ होती है जब में मोंटालूकास्ट लीविसिटीर्जन टेबलेट लेता हूं तो स्वस्थ रहता हूं डॉक्टर ने मुझे इस टेबलेट के साथ salbutamol इन्हेलर दिया है। मेरा सवाल आपसे यह हैं कि यह इन्हेलर रेगुलर कितने महीने तक ले और यह इन्हेलर मेरी बीमारी का स्थाई इलाज हैं क्या मेरे को इसकी आदत तो नही होगी जैसे अगर यह इन्हेलर नही लिया तो श्वास की तकलीफ वापस हो जाये। मेरी उम्र 23ईयर हैं

Dear lybrate-user, relax.you are unnecessarily giving diagnosis instead of giving a proper history. Please get a proper sino-nasal examination done. Furthermore monteleukast alone will not solve your problem nor will taking only salbutamol. At your age tonsil is out of the question as it affects only children. You may feel free to consult me or any other ent specialist .

salbair and asthalin have similar action and both are used as needed in bronchial asthma.
While asthalin contains salbutamol, salbair contains levosalbutamol.
Levosalbutamol is a isomer of salbutamol with comparatively lesser side effect potential.
Recent international guidelines don't support the preferred use of either salbutamol or levosalbutamol for asthma.

breast milk may get reduced after 5 months pf ur delivery. to receive more milk..take of liquid diet like soups, milk, n include garlic, onion, dryfish and other sweets. feed ur baby with other solid foods. consult ur pead for ur baby's food practice.
