Hello, Adapalene is a retinoid. It can be used over a night cream (any moisturizer) but should not be kept overnight. Its preferred use is short contact (2 to 4 hours or less) because it might cause irritation and redness.

Compose a mixture of milk, turmeric powder and lemon juice to make a thick paste.
Apply it on the dark spots caused due to pimples.
Let it dry completely.
Rinse your skin with lukewarm water.

If swallowed once by mistake it shouldn’t be a problem, avoid swallowing it frequently. If it goes into your eyes, it can lead to irritation and redness. Avoid applying it around the eye or mouth area.
