Hello. I understand your concern. Persistent cough is one of the feature of asthma. Repeated cough may be due to diverse reasons.
We cannot label child as asthma before 5 years of age. But will have to keep this thing in mind if he continues to have repeated cough.

Please do not take steroid tablets without prescription, and you need to get Lung Function Testing done to include or exclude bronchial asthma.

Banocide is effective in tropical pulmonary eosinophilia only. Better step up dose of LABA and ICS combination. Avoid asthma trigers. Can consult a pulmonologist.

Addition of metformin will restrict your insulin dose.You can stop glimipride in glycomet Gp 3/850 instead you can use glycomet 1000mg twice a day.You can stop jalra also because it is effective in early years of disease.
