Yes. If she has fever, she can take dolo 650 mg, 3 times a day, after the meal.
You can let her have a gap of 20 to 30 minutes between deriphyllin retard and dolo.
If this fever is due to vaccination (that is within a few days of a dose), she can take dolo as long as she is having fever and bodyache etc.

If you take it blindly without knowing the cause of wheeze, I will say a big "no" please check up with pulmonologist to find out the cause. If any obstructive pulmonary disease is present, then it will help. Still it is not first line therapy, but add on therapy.

I think you are suffering from hypothyroidism, about your height I cannot say because it might end of height growth or may be not, better you first treat your thyroid gland dysfunction.
